Refrigerated Oatmeal

Prep Time: 30 minutes
Yields: 2 Servings








Grass-Fed Whole Fat Plain Yogurt (or coconut yogurt for the vegans)

Unsweetened Almond Milk

Blackberries, Raspberries or Blueberries (or your favorite fruit)

Liquid Stevia (or raw honey, cinnamon or raw maple syrup)

Chia Seeds

All organic 🙂




1/2 cup oats

1/2 cup almond milk

3/4 cup yogurt

handful of fruit

1/2 tablespoon chia seeds

4 drops stevia

Mix together, stir or shake and refrigerate!


If the milk or yogurt is sweetened, leave out the sweetener!

These amounts are for a small jar (about 1/2 the size of the one pictured). If you want a full sized jar, double the ingredients. Feel free to add nuts, almond butter, raw cocoa, whatever you’d like. This can act as a dessert or a breakfast or just a snack. It’s incredibly easy to throw together and very nutritious.
