Chimichurri Sauce

Prep Time: 20 minutes
Yields: 4 servings
Ingredients:
Parsley – 1 cup chopped & trimmed of stems
Garlic – 3 to 4 cloves
Organo Leaves – 2 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves
Olive Oil – 1/2 cup
Red Wine Vinegar – 2 tablespoons
Sea Salt – 1 teaspoon
Black Pepper – 1/4 teaspoon
Red Pepper Flakes – 1/4 teaspoon
Directions:
Finely chop parsley, oregano and garlic or use a food processor for several pulses.
Add in olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper & red pepper flakes.
Enjoy on veggies, meats, pastas, anything you like!
