Banana Fit Bites

Banana Fit Bites

Yields: 10 servings





1 cup raw almonds

1 cup raw walnuts

1 cup banana chips (unsweetened)

1/3 cup vanilla whey (from grass-fed cows)

5 dates

1/4 cup golden raisin

4 tbsp raw honey

2 tbsp raw coconut oil

1 tbsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp cinnamon


Add almonds and walnuts to a food processor and pulse until almost completely broken down.

Add the rest of the ingredients on the list and process again, making sure to stop and scrape the sides if needed.

Continue to pulse until a batter is formed. If you can’t squeeze into a ball add more honey or coconut oil.

Squeeze & roll into ball shapes, fefrigerate or freeze and enjoy! These are great for a post-work out snack 🙂
