Brussel Sprout Chips

Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 12 minutes
Yields: 2 servings
Ingredients:
Brussel Sprouts
Olive Oil
Celtic Sea Salt & Pepper
Seasoning
Directions:
Start with about 20 brussel sprouts.
Chop of the ends and peel the leaves off and into a bowl.
Drizzle olive oil, salt & pepper & mix!
Line the baking sheet with the leaves evenly and in a single layer.
Bake for 12 min @ 350 degrees.
My test batch with only 5 brussel sprouts took up an entire cooking sheet so you may need a few sheets 🙂
