Guacamole

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Yields: 4 servings
Ingredients:
2 large peeled avocados
1 tomato, diced
1/2 red onion finely chopped
dash or two of cayenne pepper
sea salt & black pepper
2 tablespoons cilantro
1 tablespoon lemon or lime
Directions:
- Mash avocado with a fork until very smooth.
- Add tomato, onion, cilantro, lemon or lime & cayenne. Blend until smooth.
- Add sea salt and fresh black pepper.
- Serve chilled with mixed raw vegetables.
*Best made 1 hour maximum before serving. 🙂
