Almond Butter Balls


Prep Time: 5 minutes (really!)
Yields: 5-10 servings
Ingredients:

1 cup raw almond butter

1 cup organic rolled oats

1/2 cup raw cocoa nibs

1 tbsp raw honey

sprinkle of sea salt

raw coconut flakes

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together except coconut flakes. Roll into 1 inch balls. Pour raw coconut flakes into a small bowl and roll balls in flakes to cover. Enjoy!

Extra tip: Raw cocoa nibs can taste slightly bitter, and while I love them, some may prefer regular organic chocolate chips instead.  :-D For an even healthier treat or to use as a breakfast option, make without the chocolate chips!
