About

I didn’t know what real health was until I felt it in my own body. Food opened my eyes to how my body was supposed to feel. How we are born to feel.

In the past I thought I was very healthy. I worked out 5 times a week, I ate well (in my mind), but I didn’t have access to good, real, non-biased information. I had access to TV commercials, which told me to eat special K with non-fat milk and frozen lean cuisines. I mention these specific foods because they were a huge part of my diet. That’s what I knew.

I was an OK weight (not ideal but not terrible) but I felt like crap. Tired. Dull. Just get through this day and then I can sleep all weekend. Or drink until 2am to try to get out of this dull. Until one day I thought, is this what the rest of my life is going to be like?

I had just turned 23 at the time. This is way too young to feel this way, I thought. This doesn’t feel right.

I think about how different I would have felt if I just had the information, it would be so easy to have just switched my focus. To buy different things, think different thoughts, exercise more efficiently for my body.

Once introduced to this world of real health, of deep down, to your core, preventative health, I wanted to shout it from the rooftops. It was shocking and life-changing.

The best way I can explain it is that I finally felt alive. My skin glowed, I lost about 10 pounds without even realizing until i weighed myself (really), my whole body cleaned up. If we just give ourselves real food our bodies will immediately respond, and in a very good way . If we give the body half the chance to clean up and work properly, it will change how we look, yes, but more importantly it will change our outlook on life, our happiness.

I started sharing and watching others change their lives and decided to get certified in the field of nutrition. I wanted to make it my job to share it with everyone I knew. So you betcha, I did just that.

I am a Board Certified Holistic Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I then became interested in even an even deeper knowledge of the female system and did a year training under New York Times Bestseller, Harvard & MIT trained, Dr. Sara Gottfried, to specialize in female hormonal balancing.

My mission is to find the best information and to share with you so that you can feel your absolute best. You can feel like yourself again and I am here to help you guide you through it.
